- Key responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls from clients to gather information and resolve their queries;
- Providing detailed and accurate responses to client inquiries; and
- Documenting all interactions with clients in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsource (BPO) environment;
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
- Ability to work on shifting schedules and meet typing requirements;
- Excellent customer service, active listening, and verbal communication skills;
- Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid speed;
- Computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or upper model;
- Noise-cancelling headset;
- Dual monitor;
