The HR Staff will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, supporting payroll processing, and resolving payroll-related inquiries.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Support payroll processing by approving requests for leave, time in or time out logs, overtime, and release of last payout checks for resigned employees.
- Enroll data of new employees to the Employee Service System or ESS and process the necessary forms for their bank account enrollment for payroll.
- Process government mandated benefits remittances, loans processing (MPL or Salary Loans), maternity and sickness benefits, and others.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR or related roles.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
