Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records, including tenant information, lease documentation, and financial records
• Coordinating property maintenance and repair requests, liaising with contractors and monitoring progress
• Handling tenant inquiries and communications, addressing concerns promptly and professionally
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly property performance reports
• Providing administrative support to the Property Manager, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant property management regulations and internal policies
• Supporting the implementation of new processes and systems to improve efficiency
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with minimum 2 years of experience in a property administration or similar administrative role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in property management software and MS Office suite is also essential.
This role requires a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail and high level of accuracy in record-keeping and reporting. Knowledge of property management regulations and best practices in the real estate industry is highly desirable.
