Job Title: Business Finance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Business Finance Specialist. This is a key position that requires a strong understanding of financial services, fintech, and SME lending.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify high-potential SME leads across inbound and outbound channels.
  • Engage prospective customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms to understand their finance needs.
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess eligibility and fit for funding products.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in Salesforce.
  • Work closely with Senior Business Finance Specialists to hand off qualified leads and contribute to improving outreach strategies and conversion processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales support.
  • Exposure to financial services, fintech, or SME lending is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet lead qualification targets.
  • A proactive and self-starting attitude, with a focus on delivering value.
