Job Title: Waiter Supervisor

At Alpha Infinity Holding Corp., we are seeking a skilled Waiter Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing wait staff, and maintaining a high level of quality in our food and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train wait staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient table management.
  • Manage restaurant operations, including inventory, scheduling, and staff performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu management and inventory control.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
