1. Plans and oversees all aspects of banquets/catering events, including manpower line up, set-up and events implementation. 2. Responsible for the supervision of all Banquet OIC, Supervisors, Banquet Planner and regular captain waiters. 3. Reviews contract and requirements of events. 4.
