About This Role
- We're seeking an experienced Senior Client Services Analyst to join our Trade Surveillance Team.
Your Key Responsibilities
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert-level support via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues, drive product enhancements, and deliver exceptional client service.
- You will develop and maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, including issue resolution and product feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
