About the Role

The Service Delivery Team Manager is responsible for leading a team of Service Delivery Team Leaders and indirectly supporting SRE teams across multiple customer environments. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Service Delivery Team Leaders and support the SRE teams in delivering high-quality, reliable support to customers.
  • Align operations with customer goals and ensure consistent delivery of services.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Act as a liaison between the team and other internal departments, such as Security, Automation, and People Ops, to drive improvements and scale successful initiatives.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in service delivery, SRE, DevOps, or technical operations.
  • At least 3+ years of experience managing team leads or people managers.
  • Strong understanding of SRE and IT operations concepts, including SLIs/SLOs, incident response, and infrastructure automation.
  • Able to balance client needs, team health, and business priorities across multiple properties or regions.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide team members and resolve conflicts.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or business related field.
  • Additional qualifications: exposure to compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO, PCIDSS), leadership coaching programs, or FinOps practices.
