Lead UX Designer Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional UX Lead Designer to spearhead a diverse array of website and design projects. As the lead designer, you will set the standard for all website and design projects, overseeing end-to-end website redesigns and delivering high-performing web design solutions with best-practice UX/UI.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish the standard for all website and design projects
  • Manage entire website redesigns (primarily WordPress, occasionally Webflow)
  • Deliver polished, high-performing web design solutions with optimal UX/UI
  • Balance hands-on design work with guiding project direction and supporting the team when needed
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless design-to-build handover
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in an advertising agency, creative studio, or media organization with a focus on design implementation for diverse clients and styles
  • Demonstrated UX Research & Strategy expertise (Wireframing, User Flows, Prototyping, Information Architecture)
  • Understanding of content marketing design principles
  • Proven project management skills with ability to prioritize and organize time for self and team to meet deadlines
