Immerse in a UX Designer Role

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in crafting seamless user experiences for our digital products and services.

This includes designing intuitive interfaces, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop the UX design process for our digital products and services, including research, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with the founders and cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business goals into engaging user experiences.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather feedback.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools.
  • Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions with the team.
  • Continuously iterate and improve upon existing designs based on feedback and data.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and best practices.
  • Support the marketing team with visual design for internal materials.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a UX Designer or related role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma and project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience maintaining a design system.
  • Agile development environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with user research methods, including user interviews and usability testing.
