The Digital Asset Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of product data across various e-commerce platforms. Reporting to the Data & Catalog Team Leader, this specialist works proactively with the team to deliver a world-class catalog that enhances customer searchability and overall shopping experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining stock keeping units (SKUs) on e-commerce sites, including populating and managing pricing, vehicle applications, media assets, catalog product attributes, titles, and product descriptions.
  • Closely coordinate with the Data & Catalog team to update and improve the catalog through reliable data sources.
  • Deliver high-quality output consistently, meeting expected numbers and quality standards per week.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated issues as needed, serving as a liaison between teams.
  • Participate actively in team meetings to facilitate open communication and input.
  • Stay current with internal work processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Pursue required development training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Embodies the CarParts.com values by promoting a positive work environment and advocating for team members.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • This role demands expertise in Microsoft Excel and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be a strong listener, creative problem solver, and skilled analyst who can extract insights from data. They must effectively manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships, and communicate clearly with diverse teams. A solid understanding of HR policies and the ability to create performance evaluation templates are also essential.
  • Requires 2+ years of computer experience, proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, and Internet use. Strong English communication skills are necessary. A college degree is preferred, or equivalent experience is considered.
