Job Title: Electrical Model Developer

We're looking for a skilled Electrical Model Developer to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing and maintaining electrical BIM models and VDC deliverables. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the construction operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating shop drawings, coordinated layouts, and prefabrication models for total stations. They will also provide technical support to the operations team through clear communication and precise modeling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain electrical BIM models for construction projects.
  • Provide VDC modeling of electrical systems.
  • Create shop drawings and coordinated layouts for total stations.
  • Develop prefabrication models for the prefab department.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of modeling deliverables to support project requirements.
  • Communicate project updates clearly to the operations team.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
