We are seeking a skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team.

  • This is a part-time position with the possibility of moving to full-time within two months.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM PST
About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing a preset podcast marketing strategy from client onboarding to completion.
  • Transcription and content creation are key aspects of this role.
  • Creating engaging and accurate podcast descriptions and uploading episodes to the client's distribution platform.
  • Writing and publishing blog posts related to podcast content.
  • Posting videos to the client's YouTube channel.
Requirements
  • Basic knowledge of podcast production, including pre-production, production, post-production, and marketing.
  • Proven experience in posting podcast episodes across various platforms.
  • Comprehensive YouTube experience, including uploading videos and editing descriptions.
  • Strong blog writing and posting skills.
  • Proficiency in using ChatGPT for content and task support.
  • Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a preset strategy and workflow.
  • Familiarity with the podcasting space and trends is a plus.
  • Stable and high-speed internet connection capable of handling frequent uploads and downloads of large audio and video files.
