Key Role: Digital Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand's presence through effective social media management and strategic marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing engaging content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Creating high-quality social media copy that aligns with our brand's tone and style guidelines.
  • Scheduling and managing posts on HubSpot to maximize engagement and drive brand awareness.
  • Providing monthly reporting and insights to optimize social media performance.
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team on job-related content and testimonials.
  • Implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across various channels.
  • Enhancing email campaigns to improve deliverability, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Updating website content for SEO purposes and supporting job ads and functionality.
  • Contributing to the development of blogs, podcasts, webinars, and other content to attract and retain clients.

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Marketing degree or equivalent experience, with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Knowledge of AU/UK market dynamics and previous marketing experience in brand-related projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, CMS, and marketing automation software.
  • Interest in medical, healthcare, and/or recruitment sectors.
  • Proficiency in CMS, marketing automation (like HubSpot), and Adobe Suite or Canva.
