Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Operations and Meter Engineer to join our team.

This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of power systems and metering infrastructure, while maintaining accuracy and reliability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling electrical systems operations, as well as conducting system performance analysis and recommending corrective measures.

They will also be responsible for managing and validating metering data for billing, reporting, and regulatory compliance.

In addition, they will support the integration of new metering technologies and system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control electrical systems operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct system performance analysis and recommend corrective measures to improve efficiency.
  • Manage and validate metering data for billing, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Support the integration of new metering technologies and system upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot system and metering issues, coordinating with technical teams for resolution.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and be licensed as an Electrical Engineer. They should also have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in power systems operations, metering engineering, or related roles.

Candidates should demonstrate strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and metering technologies, as well as familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in the energy/power industry.

Additionally, they should be proficient in using SCADA, metering software, and data management systems.
