Electrical Systems Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Systems Engineer to design and optimize advanced electrical systems for our cutting-edge hardware solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing high and low voltage electrical power distribution, communication, and control system harnessing at the schematic and physical levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop electrical power distribution and communication systems
  • Collaborate with System Electrical Engineers to choose electrical components from system schematics
  • Create wire run lists and release designs to manufacturing
  • Ensure technical review of cable assemblies meets Teradyne reliability standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in systems engineering
  • Ability to interpret Cable Assembly Drawing information
  • Familiarity with PLM applications, preferably Teamcenter
  • Knowledge of cable selection and connectors in compliance with reliability standards
