Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer and Data Administrator to fill this key role in our IT department. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for managing our website, email accounts, and database.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the website, including setting up webpages and making changes with moderate-advanced programming skills
  • Manage staff and volunteer email accounts, including creating new emails and managing email forwarding
  • Manage database, including cleaning up duplicate records and exporting data
  • Operate livestreams software as required
  • Manage membership records, including cancelling or pausing memberships and contacting lapsing members for renewal
  • Set up and schedule emails to the database as needed
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a developer
  • Programming languages: JavaScript, Python, CSS, HTML
  • Experience in data administration
  • Excellent communication skills
