Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure of our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and maintain virtual machines across Proxmox and VMware environments.
    • Support Windows Server and Linux systems, ensuring uptime, performance, and security.
    • Administer Active Directory and storage systems.
    • Handle escalated infrastructure issues and provide timely resolutions.
    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams, delivering clear and professional communication.
    • Monitor systems proactively and recommend improvements to enhance stability and performance.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Systems Administrator with strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux.
  • Hands-on experience with Proxmox and VMware virtualization platforms.
  • Solid understanding of Active Directory, networking, and storage systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and collaborative in team environments.
