About the Role
  • Collaborate with the team to understand and transition current tasks and ongoing projects.
  • Provide day-to-day support for marketing operations, ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and operate various platforms, including digital tools and print services.
  • Assist with marketing-related tasks (industry expertise not required but familiarity is a plus).
  • Support the marketing team with administrative duties, campaign coordination, and communication with vendors and clients.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in marketing or a related administrative role.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of the industry preferred, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently.
