Senior Business Analyst Role

This role will oversee the development and operation of service performance metrics to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain and analyze service performance metrics & KPIs across the organization.
  • Lead the execution of service performance reporting activities to ensure timeliness, quality, and accuracy of reports.
  • Conduct data quality reviews, KPI reviews, and dashboard reviews to ensure quality and accuracy of form and substance of the reports.
  • Identify areas for service performance improvement and recommend process improvement actions to management.
  • Automate reporting processes, data visualization, and dashboards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience in service performance reporting and analytics, root cause analysis, and data analytics & visualization tools.
