Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Client Support: Respond to client requests, resolve issues, and provide support as needed.
  • New Client Intake: Gather information via phone and complete the intake form; follow up with prospective clients via email and notify next steps.
  • Inbound Calls: Answer ~25 inbound calls per day and build rapport with clients aged 55+.
  • Outbound Calls: Schedule/confirm appointments and follow up with leads.
