We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for an Architect with experience in retail and commercial design. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Work as an integrated member of the delivery team, supporting the collection and analysis of data, development of design solutions, and documenting the findings.
  • Coordinate with the project team to ensure effective communication on project matters.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent, with preferably achieved Licensed status or equivalent. They will also have experience working on Mercantile, Retail, Commercial, and Mixed-Use projects, and proficiency in computer applications commonly used within the architecture discipline.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign/Photoshop/Illustrator/After Effects/Premiere Pro, Enscape or other 3D visualization software
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD
  • At least 5 years of architectural design experience with strong retail/commercial design capability
