IT Support Professional

About the Role:

Expedock is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain our systems, devices, and networks. The ideal candidate has up to 2 years of IT experience or is a fresh graduate eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line technical support for employees, diagnosing and resolving system, software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot MacOS and Windows operating systems, peripherals, and office software.
  • Monitor and maintain network connections, identifying and resolving connectivity issues.
  • Manage company SaaS tools, track access permissions, and maintain accurate documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields are welcome to apply.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of MacOS and Windows operating systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
