
Digital Marketing Associate

We're seeking a skilled professional to support our marketing efforts. As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for assisting in the execution of multi-channel campaigns across various platforms.
Key responsibilities will include building and scheduling email campaigns using tools like HubSpot, supporting lead generation efforts, and contributing to pipeline growth in alignment with sales objectives.
You'll also draft, edit, and publish content across multiple channels, including blogs, emails, landing pages, and social media platforms.
In addition, you'll grow and manage our social presence on LinkedIn by drafting and scheduling posts, conduct keyword research, and optimize content to enhance search rankings.
Furthermore, you'll assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, track campaign performance, and contribute insights to propose improvements.
You'll gather and organize marketing data to analyze performance and guide strategy, maintain the marketing calendar, and ensure deliverables are completed on time.
This is a full-time opportunity that offers 100% work-from-anywhere flexibility.
Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in SaaS or associations.
- Proficiency with email marketing tools.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) or basic HTML.
- Experience managing social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Working knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Familiarity with paid media platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Comfortable using Zoom for webinars or virtual events.
- Basic skills in data analysis and reporting.
- Fully fluent in English.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time).
- Experience or interest in the association or membership-based market is a plus.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and messaging.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proactive team player, eager to contribute across various marketing areas.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and refine strategies.
- Willingness to learn and grow, taking initiative to improve processes and outcomes.
