Job Description

As a Property Management Executive, you will be responsible for growing and managing properties that are for lease and those that require full management to ensure functionality and profitability. Your key tasks will include:

  • Pools properties for lease and identifies potential tenants.
  • Attends sales transactions as an agent for the Buyer and/or Seller.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Scouts and pools properties for property management.
  • Prepares and presents properties in the form of proposals.
  • Identifies prospects that meet tenant mix and concept requirements.
  • Negotiates and revises contract terms according to approved tariffs.
  • Handles document preparation and inspection of properties when tenants take occupation or vacate.
  • Liaises with private and government agencies.
  • Performs ad hoc duties as deemed necessary.
