  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and budget, whether they are buying, selling, or renting.
  • Property Listings: Create and manage property listings, including taking photos, writing descriptions, and advertising properties on multiple platforms.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to determine property values, trends, and prices to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers or renters, highlighting the key features of the properties.
Requirements
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Many real estate agents pursue a degree in business, marketing, or a related field, though it is not mandatory.
  • Licensing: A real estate license is required to legally practice as an agent. The requirements for obtaining a license vary by state or country and typically involve completing a real estate course, passing a licensing exam, and meeting minimum age and residency requirements.
  • Experience: While prior experience in real estate can be beneficial, many agents start in entry-level positions and receive on-the-job training. Experience in sales or customer service is often helpful.
  • Skills:
