AI Engineer Role Overview

The next evolution in intelligent credit risk and collections systems requires a talented AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement advanced AI solutions for credit-risk, early-warning, and digital collections capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-powered features into our EXUS Financial Suite (EFS).
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code using Python, adhering to best practices for async handling, dependency management, and testing.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM field (Master's/Ph.D. a plus).
  2. At least 3 years of experience building ML/AI solutions, including hands-on work with LLMs or Generative AI in production.
  3. Experience in financial services, credit risk, or banking is highly beneficial.
  4. Skilled in writing clean, modular, and tested code with async handling, dependency management, and testing practices.
  5. Familiarity with GenAI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) is an asset.
  6. Hands-on experience with LLM and Generative AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or Pydantic AI for building workflows, RAG pipelines, and AI agents.
