Job Overview

As a senior accountant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial well-being of our organization.

  • Lead accounting operations and supervise a team of accountants to achieve seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide strategic guidance on general ledger functions, month-end/year-end close, audit support, and financial reporting.
  • Onboard new clients using standardized templates and assign them to the right accountant for optimal results.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Help onboard new team members and foster a supportive work environment.
  • Review monthly financial reports for accuracy before sharing them with clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through various channels.
  • Balance workload across the team to meet performance goals.
  • Collaborate with other managers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Offer constructive feedback to senior leaders on systems and suggest improvements.

Our ideal candidate has 3-7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with supervisory experience and strong knowledge of GAAP. Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills are essential.
