We are seeking a driven and ambitious leader to oversee our finance function and provide strategic support to senior management. The successful candidate will ensure the financial integrity of our operations and develop strong business planning, financial control, and reporting to maximise efficiencies and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include:
  • To lead and direct the finance team to deliver accurate and regular management information to departments and divisions.
  • To develop and lead the evolution of our financial reporting processes and systems.
  • To support senior management in budgetary planning and forecasting processes.
  • Ensure all financial accounting and administration functions, internal controls, and reconciliations are performed properly.
  • Produce and interpret management accounts.
  • Ensure the year end audit is performed correctly.
  • Generate and maintain group cash flow and budgeting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax and statutory matters.
  • Financial planning (forecasting and budgeting).
  • Reporting of budget variances and cost control.
  • Training & mentoring.
