Job Description

This role requires someone with hands-on experience in WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. He/She must be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

A strong understanding of WordPress security best practices and performance optimization techniques is necessary for this position. Additionally, proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery is required. Experience with back-end developments like PHP, MySQL, API integrations, JSON, and XML is also essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development team, overseeing projects, and ensuring that deadlines are met. He/She will collaborate with the team to write front-end and back-end code, develop custom themes and plugins, and integrate third-party services. Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for this role.
