Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business user requirements mapped against customer journey.
  • Conduct user requirements walkthrough sessions with stakeholders and project team.
  • Collaborate proactively with project manager, project team, and stakeholders for monitoring of requirements-related activities.
Change and Stakeholder Management:
  • Develop and implement change management plans to prepare teams prior project deployments.
  • Engage with stakeholders, ensuring they understand the changes and are aligned with project goals.
