Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management group, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various projects from initiation to completion.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely delivery, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements, develop project plans, and track progress.

With strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you will maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

  • Coordinate project activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgets
  • Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Maintain accurate project records, including documentation, timelines, and progress reports
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
