About the Role

We seek a highly organized Administrative Assistant with expertise in managing product listings and supporting general office tasks.

This full-time remote role is crucial as we grow our product catalog and operations on Amazon.

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient product uploads, regular housekeeping of existing listings, and compliance with Amazon guidelines and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Listing Management:
    • Manage new product uploads to Amazon Seller Central.
    • Perform regular housekeeping of existing product listings.
    • Verify product data specifications and images meet Amazon's guidelines and brand standards.
    • Manage product compliance documentation within the Amazon system.
  • Account Support:
    • Monitor product health and address listing issues or discrepancies.
    • Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • General Administrative Support:
    • Conduct precise spreadsheet input and data entry.
    • Perform other duties to support the broader team and operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in uploading and managing products on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's best practices, compliance requirements, and account management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Proficiency in data entry and spreadsheet software.
