BIM Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating trade subcontractors, managing coordination meetings, and providing project coordination reports.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in active construction Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Project Management experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and risk management skills.

  • Manage trade subcontractors on large-scale projects;
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with various stakeholders;
  • Provide regular project coordination reports;
  • Develop and implement project Digital Execution Plans;
  • Collaborate with the Digital Engineering team to deliver high-quality results;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture;
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction or engineering consulting industry;
  • Experience working on large-scale multi-discipline building and/or infrastructure projects;
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and risk management skills;
  • Demonstrated experience in construction BIM coordination and BIM management;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
  • Proficient use of Digital technology and software such as Revit, Archicad, and Navisworks.
