Job Description

This role will be responsible for operating within a single discipline with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will have the ability to use 3 or more modeling software packages, with speciality in one package.

The ideal candidate will also be able to lead a small team in BIM modeling and drawing production for a single discipline under the supervision of a BIM Coordinator.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture or Equivalent Courses
  • Technical certification relating to BIM
  • Preferably 4 years of experience working with relevant BIM Softwares on BIM projects
  • Job experience in design consulting firm is required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Application (word, excel, outlook)
  • Excellent Revit and Autocad skills
  • Knowledgeable Navisworks and clash detection
  • Revit add-ins is an advantage
  • Ability to contribute to the team's digital initiative and automation of processes
