About the Role

This exciting opportunity as an HR Associate requires a highly organized and detail-focused individual who can efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree:** Hold a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science, Human Resource, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience:** Open to fresh graduates, but at least one year of HR experience, preferably in Compensation and Benefits, is preferred.
  • Skills:** Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Technical Skills:** Highly proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
