About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage daily vendor qualification operations, oversee vendor selection and assessments, and contribute to the development of audit schedules and quality metrics.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in QA and GxP auditing, with experience in regulated environments. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to travel across the region if required.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage daily vendor qualification operations
  • Oversee vendor selection and assessments
  • Contribute to the development of audit schedules and quality metrics
  • Perform internal and external audits
  • Support sponsor audits and inspections
  • Review and improve QA processes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience working in quality assurance within a pharmaceutical company or CRO
  • Strong knowledge of CRO / Healthcare / Pharmaceutical Vendor Management Quality Assurance activities
  • Experience in GxP auditing, particularly GCP
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
