Business Development Position

This role involves supporting customers, processing orders, and following up on leads to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels
  • Assist customers with e-commerce platform support, order management, and product information
  • Process sales orders accurately and enter customer data into CRM and ERP systems
  • Follow up on inbound leads, quote requests, and web inquiries to convert interest into sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the team for seamless order execution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records and provide administrative support related to sales transactions
  • Ensure all customer interactions align with our commitment to efficiency, responsiveness, and value creation

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar B2B role
  • Excellent communication skills in English – both verbal and written
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is beneficial
  • Tech-savviness and ability to support customers using digital tools and e-commerce systems
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and ability to work independently during non-standard hours
  • Prior experience working remotely is an asset
