Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Seller Central professional to manage end-to-end operations, ensure account performance meets Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and drive effective growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Account Ownership - Oversee daily execution and long-term strategy to guarantee the account meets KPIs and scales effectively.
  • Account Health & Compliance - Monitor performance metrics, address compliance issues, resolve performance notifications, and maintain a strong standing across all marketplaces.
  • Case Management & Reimbursements - Submit cases to Amazon for issues and secure reimbursements and track resolutions.
  • Listing Creation & Optimisation - Develop and refine product listings for maximum discoverability and conversions.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting - Analyze trends and drive data-backed decisions using Helium 10 and Google Sheets.
  • Logistics & Inventory Reconciliation - Manage shipment creation, coordinate with suppliers, reconcile inventory, and maintain data accuracy for POs and products.
  • Inventory Forecasting & Planning - Analyze sales trends and lead times to forecast demand and optimize replenishment strategies.
  • Pricing & Promotions Management - Develop pricing strategies, manage vouchers and deals, and analyze performance to maximize conversion and margin.
  • Product Information Management - Maintain a centralized database of product data, pricing, packaging specs, and variations.
  • Customer Service - Respond to customer inquiries and manage product and seller account reviews.
Required Skills And Qualifications

Mandatory:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing private label brands on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong background in Amazon shipment creation, logistics coordination, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Excellent case management and problem-solving skills on Amazon Seller Central.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute pricing tactics, run promotions, coupons, and deals.
  • Experience managing multiple Amazon marketplaces, including the UK and EU.
  • High-level proficiency in Helium 10 for product research, keyword optimization, and listing management.
  • Track record of developing scalable processes and SOPs.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries, reviews/feedback, and preserving account health.
  • Advanced Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.

Nice-To-Have:

  • Experience in the clothing category, including sizing, materials, and seasonal trends.
  • Experience with Amazon Global Logistics and Amazon Freight.
