Influencer Partnership Specialist

Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled individual to research, identify, and engage with KOLs, influencers, and creators aligned with our brand values.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outreach, building relationships, and managing negotiations with KOLs for promotional activities.
  • This role involves coordinating and tracking influencer campaigns across platforms, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • A strong emphasis is placed on maintaining a structured database of partnerships, campaign performance, and communications.
  • Collaboration with internal teams is essential to align messaging and ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Regular reports on campaign outcomes, performance metrics, and partnership development are expected.
  • Maintaining a pulse on trends within influencer marketing and the crypto industry is crucial to optimizing outreach strategy.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in influencer marketing, outreach management, or partnership development, preferably within the gaming, tech, charity, or Web 3 sectors.
  • Fluent English language skills, with a minimum proficiency level of C1.
  • Native-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages is a significant advantage: Spanish, Portuguese, Russian.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential.
  • An understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and crypto communities is vital.
  • Highly organized individuals with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously will excel in this role.
  • A results-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities is required.
  • Familiarity with Web3 culture, terminology, and market trends is preferred but not required.
