About this Role:

As a highly skilled and organized Operations Assistant, you will provide high-level support to our business partner, driving clarity, efficiency, and growth within property acquisition and disposition workflows.

Your primary responsibilities will include managing and maintaining the CRM system, overseeing and optimizing key business processes related to property acquisition and disposition, and shadowing the business partner closely to learn and eventually take over operational responsibilities.

To be successful in this role, you will require proven operational experience within the real estate industry, specifically in property acquisition and disposition. You should also have proficiency with CRM systems, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience managing and improving business processes and SOPs.

Additional requirements for this position include the ability to work proactively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment and possessing a proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for real estate and operational excellence.

Your Daily Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate and timely data entry and pipeline tracking.
  • Oversee and optimize key business processes related to property acquisition and disposition.
  • Shadow the business partner closely to learn and eventually take over operational responsibilities.


Your Required Skills:
  • Proven operational experience within the real estate industry, specifically in property acquisition and disposition.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, with demonstrated comfort using FreedomSoft or similar software.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience managing and improving business processes and SOPs.
  • Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
