About the Role

A detail-oriented Virtual Assistant is needed to enhance operational efficiency by supporting project delivery, client management, and administrative workflows.

  • Client Liaison & Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, set up remote meetings, manage reminders, and facilitate follow-ups.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare standardized templates for valuation reports, draft sections, format documents, and compile data.
  • Email & Communication Management: Monitor inquiries, draft responses, flag urgent items, and escalate as needed.
  • Data Gathering & Research Support: Assist in gathering materials needed for valuations: company financials, market benchmarks, industry reports.
  • Administrative & Travel Support: Manage travel bookings, invoicing, expense logs, CRM updates, and document filing.

Key Skills:

  • Experience: 3-5 years supporting consultants or project teams in a professional services environment.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficient in MS Office, comfortable with CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Communication: Strong written English capable of drafting clear correspondence.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional multitasking, setting reminders, managing deadlines, and following up without oversight.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entries and document formatting.

Requirements

  • Dependable internet connection, structured workspace, proactive work habits, and autonomy.
