Automation Role

Our organization is seeking a skilled Automation Specialist to serve as the backbone of our automation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on streamlining processes, connecting systems, and enabling teams to work smarter.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cross-platform automations that integrate various platforms. Key responsibilities include partnering with operations and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, design workflows, and implement process improvements.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, design workflows, and implement process improvements.
  • Design and implement automated workflows using efficient execution across multiple business systems.
  • Connect and synchronize platforms via APIs, webhooks, and automation flows.
  • Develop and manage Power Automate flows and Power Query transformations to streamline data handling, reporting, and operational dashboards.
  • Create and manage API integrations to eliminate manual work.
  • Monitor automated workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize performance for reliability and scalability.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience with workflow automation (must-have). Strong proficiency in Airtable schemas, formulas, automations, and API integration.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business processes into automated workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for documenting workflows and collaborating across teams.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON for integrations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA and Basecamp, including automation of tasks and reporting.
