Your Role

As a Senior Python Developer, you'll design and maintain our backend systems that drive real-time, privacy-first analytics.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Integrate frontend components with backend logic to build seamless user experiences.
  • Develop clean, reusable, and scalable code that meets high performance standards.
  • Optimize applications for speed and efficiency.
  • Implement robust security and data protection measures.
  • Design and manage large-scale data storage systems.

We're Looking For

We need an experienced backend developer with technical expertise and a collaborative mindset to thrive in our remote-first environment.

Mandatory technical skills:

  • 7+ years of experience with Python in production environments.
  • 5+ years working with Django REST Framework to build scalable APIs.
  • Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Architecture and system design.
  • Solid experience using Docker for development and deployments.
  • Proficient in Git and collaborative version control workflows.
  • Comfortable working in Linux server environments, including scripting and basic system tasks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) is highly desirable.
