Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to serve as our Remote HOA Liaison.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with HOA boards and homeowners via email, phone, and video conferencing.
  • Schedule and facilitate remote meetings, including agendas, supporting documents, and meeting minutes.
  • Monitor and manage compliance matters, including rule enforcement, owner correspondence, and architectural review processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate budgets, dues, and financials.
  • Track open action items and follow up with vendors, team members, or board contacts as needed.
  • Maintain digital records, including governing documents, insurance, meeting notes, and maintenance logs.
  • Support seasonal planning and proactive communication.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HOA management, property management, or real estate coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and HOA/PM software (AppFolio, Buildium, or similar).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CINC Systems experience.
