Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sprinkler/Plumbing Take-off Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for project estimation and technical proficiency.

About the Role

The Sprinkler/Plumbing Take-off Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of project calculations and efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and effective communication abilities.

  • Conduct takeoffs from plumbing and sprinkler drawings to determine material quantities and labor costs
  • Review all project documents and drawings to assess factors impacting the scope of work
  • Obtain vendor pricing for materials and supplies to ensure cost accuracy
  • Input takeoff data and prepare detailed proposals using provided templates
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Taking off materials and estimating labor costs
  • Reviewing project documents and assessing scope of work
  • Obtaining vendor pricing and ensuring cost accuracy
  • Preparing detailed proposals and meeting deadlines
Qualifications & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Plumbing & Sprinkler Takeoffs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel for documentation and proposal preparation
  • Hands-on experience with Revu Bluebeam for digital takeoffs and markup processes
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional time management skills to meet project deadlines
