Senior Utility Asset Manager

Job Summary:
As a Utility Engineer 1, you will be responsible for analyzing and cataloging overhead utility assets to ensure consistent data collection.
About the Role:
- Analyze and document electrical utility equipment, faults and potential hazards
- Develop and maintain utility asset datasets to support operational improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and industry standards alignment
- Stay updated on industry standards, regulations and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a lineman in electric utility field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient computer skills with good written and oral communication abilities
- Nice-to-have: Working knowledge of National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), national engineering standards, utility construction standards and best industry engineering practices
- Excellent organizational skills and flexibility to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a distributed workforce
- Enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies within the utility sector
