Finance Specialist Role

This role involves managing administrative procedures and coordinating initiatives to optimize operational processes.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement streamlined administrative procedures
  • Manage influencers' legal requirements, including contracts and payments
  • Respond to queries related to contract clauses, taxes, and payments
  • Review and analyze contracts and quotations from suppliers
  • Ensure accurate computation of influencer fees, affiliate commissions, and applicable taxes
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and accurate processing of contracts and payments
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in contract administration, audit, financial planning, budget management, or similar roles
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are advantageous
  • Strong grasp of numbers and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Knowledgeable in legal terminology and finance/tax requirements
  • Problem solver and critical thinker
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and good team player in a fast-paced work environment
