Role Summary:

The Integration Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring new clients are successfully implemented with a focus on technical integrations.

This professional will be responsible for configuring, testing, and deploying CRM integrations, APIs, and other connected systems during onboarding, ensuring seamless data synchronization across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, test, and deploy CRM integrations, APIs, and other connected systems during onboarding to ensure timely implementation.
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve API errors, data sync issues, and configuration challenges, utilizing strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Collaborate with implementation managers, CSMs, and sales engineers to align technical work with client requirements, fostering effective communication and project coordination.
  • Develop and refine integration processes to enhance efficiency and reduce implementation time, driving business growth through streamlined operations.
  • Conduct thorough end-to-end testing of integrations before launch, guaranteeing the highest level of quality and reliability.
  • Manage and validate data flows between systems to ensure integrity and proper synchronization, protecting sensitive information and maintaining system security.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical implementation, integrations, or technical account management, showcasing expertise in this field.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and API integrations (REST, webhooks, etc.), ensuring seamless connectivity and data exchange.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to tackle complex technical issues and find efficient solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple technical projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, with a proven track record of following through on commitments and delivering results under pressure.
