Job Role:

Integration Expert

The Integration Expert is a vital position that ensures seamless client onboarding, focusing on technical integrations.

This role encompasses managing CRM integrations, API connectivity, and associated technical workflows during the implementation process.

  • Technical Execution: Configure, test, and deploy CRM integrations, APIs, and other connected systems during onboarding, ensuring accuracy and stability.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve API errors, data sync issues, and configuration challenges, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with implementation managers, customer success managers, and sales engineers to align technical work with client requirements.
  • Process Optimization: Document and refine integration processes to enhance efficiency and minimize recurring issues.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Perform thorough end-to-end testing of integrations before launch to ensure they meet performance and functional requirements.
  • Data Mapping & Configuration: Manage and validate data flows between systems to guarantee integrity and proper synchronization.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear, detailed records of integration steps, configurations, and troubleshooting actions.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical implementation, integrations, or technical account management.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and API integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with complex systems.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to follow through on commitments.
